All title documents pertaining ownership can be verified in the land registry of the Lagos State Government to confirm authenticity.

The project is promoted by the Trustees of the Obanikoro Royal Family and is being run through the Oluwo Nla Limited (RC. 1442280) on behalf of members of the family.
